From challenging work conditions – whether it is oil rigs, remote solar park or underground coal mines – to economic volatility and technological overall, these achievers prove their metal everywhere and every day, creating success as a habit.
The Gfiles Star PSU Awards acknowledges the outstanding contributors in the entire spectrum of the PSU Sector. It recognizes organizations, leaders, innovators and trendsetters in the industry – entities which exemplify leadership and operational excellence for an overall turnaround and sustained growth within their domains and make India proud.

ABOUT GFILES
STAR PSU AWARDS
Governance is one of the most widely used, misunderstood and, at times, abused concepts in Public administration. The present is an attempt to recognize performance and excellence in Public Sector Enterprises by an independent jury comprising former Civil Servants and Former CMDs of unmatched standing backed by the credibility and goodwill of gfiles.
The aim is to recognize people with consistent performance of the highest standards and those who have made a major contribution to Public Sector Enterprises. Every individual, howsoever humble, deserves to be patted on the back, recognized and appreciated for good work once in a while. Many people, however, end up as unsung heroes. An award can work wonders on the morale of the person getting the award and motivate him/her to work even harder and set a positive example for others to follow. Doing good work does not mean doing great and earth-shaking things; sometimes performing the same mundane duties with a different approach can also make all the difference. All hope is not lost, though.
Quite a few people working in various Public Sector Enterprises are also doing a really wonderful and remarkable job. Gfiles Star PSU award’s endeavour is to identify such professionals and recognize their selfless service and contribution to nation building…the good work would get better.

ENTRY GUIDELINES
The Gfiles Star PSU Awards 2022 honors outstanding contributors in the entire spectrum of the PSU sector. The awards are segmented in 10 categories and nominations can be submitted by Individuals, organizations or their representatives, as long as due approval for submitting the entry has been received from all the parties concerned. We count nominations for each category as one entry and you can register multiple entries together. Here’s how you can submit your entry:
- To begin, please register yourself and fill in the required details.
- Once registered, you can start adding entries by selecting the categories.
- Each entry requires some mandatory fields, but we encourage you to fill up all the available fields to help the jury in judging the nominations.
- The entries are saved automatically and can be edited later. So, you have the flexibility to work and edit multiple entries. All Entries are free of cost.
- Please download the Editable Pdf and fill the PDF and upload and click the submit button. You will get the confirmation mail, after the successful submission.
GUIDELINES FOR ENTRY WRITE-UP
Summary:
The most important part of your entry is a 250-500 words description in bullet form summarising the key points of your entry. This will help us in providing an overview to the jury for a better understanding of your nomination.
Main Entry:
A crisp and to-the-point write-up would more than suffice to take this ahead. All the salient points related to the selected category should be covered in the main entry.
Supporting Material:
You should provide separately any other elements, preferably brief, that support your nomination. These may include case studies, reports.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Entries in all categories must be submitted in English language.
- All the entries will be collected and collated by the Gfiles PSU Awards team. Only those entries which are duly filled and submitted by nominees and verified by the process partner will be considered for the awards
- Incomplete entry forms or the forms with incorrect details will not be considered.
- The uploaded document should be no longer than five pages or slides. Documents in only PDF format will be accepted.
- The organisers are entitled to modify the content of the website without prior notice. Applicants are requested to keep themselves updated at regular intervals.
- The Awards organiser may move entries to more appropriate categories, if necessary. However, the jury may not be allowed to move entries between categories during the judging process.
- An entry will be deemed accepted only when an automated confirmation mail is sent by the Awards organiser.
- We presume that all the entries submitted to us are based on original work. The submission of an entry guarantees that the entry is original. If an entry is found to be plagiarized, it will be disqualified.
- The organiser of The Gfiles Star PSU Awards 2022 is a mere custodian of the initiative. At no stage of the jury meetings will anyone from the Awards organiser team be a part of the decision-making process.
- All shortlisted entries may not become final winners.
